Alanna + Chris's journey is a tale of love that spans across Canada. Alanna, originally from a small town in Ontario, moved to the West Coast for love, settling in Nanaimo with Chris, their adopted dog and two cats. Chris, a native of Victoria, BC, brought Alanna to his hometown to tie the knot! Their story is a beautiful blend of small-town charm and coastal beauty. The wedding took place at the stunning Victoria Golf Club, along with family and friends from all over the world.
From the beginning, Alanna and Chris envisioned a wedding that was natural and simplistic, yet beautiful. They chose a color palette of creams, whites, and greens, perfectly complementing the golf club’s ocean view. The ceremony took place on the 7th hole, located on the coastline at the southern side of Vancouver Island, overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. It was the dreamiest location for these two to exchange their vows! The reception was held inside the clubhouse, where they continued the celebrations. From heartfelt speeches, amazing dances, and delicious food, everyone had such a fun time!
As their photographer, it was an absolute joy to capture Alanna and Chris’s day. The laughter, the tears, the joyous reunions, and the quiet, intimate moments between Alanna and Chris—all of these made for a truly unforgettable day.
